New Year, New You… Blah Blah Blah

Hey Everybody,

A new year is upon us and I am so excited for things to calm down and i can go back to blogging and my normal routine.

So, let us talk all about those pesky new years resolutions. Ugh.. I hate them. I hate that we almost set ourselves up to fail. For example, December 31st, you are eating and drinking your heart out and then magically the next day or the first Monday of the Year, you turn into a different person who no longer eats tacos or drinks wine. A person who drinks green juice and eats salad three times a day? Crazy right?! That was me in the past.
So this year I have decided a different approach which is actually nothing extreme.
I am pretty much going to eat the same except at dinner – which is going to be lighter then I am used to and no after dinner dessert =(
I will try to make dinner and eat at home 4 times a week and have my heart’s desire on Friday and Saturday night. < I think that should curb the beast within. (LOL)
And workout 3xs a week < that’s easy right?!
