Ok, so can we talk about the Tom Ford Summer collection?! Ahh you guys! This is a gorgeous collection! Let me just say this about Tom Ford, the products are truly outstanding. It’s one of those brands you feel so guilty to splurge on because they are outrageously expensive until you feel the consistency and actually try out the product out then, you are in love. I saved some extra cash I had lying around for a couple of months to make this purchase happen. #theobsessionisreal
Anyways let’s get down to it…
I purchase the Cream and Powder Eye Color duo in Naked Bronze and the Bronzing powder in Gold Dust.
AHHHH!!!!!!!!! This bronzer! WOW! Do you want the gorgeous summer glow…. look no further! it is definitely made in this product. When I first saw this, I thought for sure it would be too orange for my skin but nope! Once I tried it, I knew I had to have it. It gave my face a beautiful glow without being too over done… like I had just come back from the Bahamas. HEHE! I wish
For reference I amNC 40 in Mac and a MUFE 153. Color wise, I do think its comparable to the Guerlain Terracotta Brozing Powder in shade 3 but the Tom Ford has more shimmer and Nars Casino is darker. Color Payoff is great and it last throughout the night without fading!
Now… on to my love the Cream and Powder Eye Color in Naked Bronze!
People! This product is honestly perfection. The color is absolutely gorgeous and the payoff is outstanding.
Lets start with the powder. The powder product is really shimmery, almost cream like but not really. It is so soft. It reminds me a lot of the Mac pressed pigments in consistency. It is semi opaque and has some fallout which is normal when working with a really shimmery shadow.
Then there is the cream… OMG seriously I think this color is what really sold me on this product. This color is truly gorgeous. The perfect bronze, which I have always been on the hunt for. Application wise, it is so smooth (think mousse) and blends so easily. It stays on FOREVER with no creasing! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
